Day temperature rose over Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram changed a little over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland & Manipur during last 24 Hrs. Those were markedly above normal over Mizoram, appreciably above normal over Assam, Manipur, Nagaland; above normal over Meghalaya and normal over Arunachal Pradesh.
