Those were markedly above normal over Mizoram, appreciably above normal over Assam, Manipur, Nagaland; above normal over Meghalaya and normal over Arunachal Pradesh. Night temperature fell over Manipur , Nagaland & Mizoram; changed a little over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya during last 24hrs.
