Sir,

    This is to inform you that the Office of the Deputy Director General of Meteorology, Regional Meteorological Centre, LGBI Airport, Guwahati-15 proposes to purchase 150 reams of A4 size Xerox paper of 70 GSM by inviting Open Quotation on pre-receipted bill basis.

    Therefore, you are requested to submit the sealed Quotation super scribing ‘Quotation for Xerox Paper’ and same may be submitted to this Office on or before 24th Nov/2008 by 5 PM.

    The DDGM, RMC Guwahati reserves the right to cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reason and quotation once submitted can neither be withdrawn nor any re-entry will be allowed.
